Farouj
True Lebanese Taste charcoal-chicken heritage, modernised.
Overview
Farouj brings the authentic taste of Lebanese charcoal chicken to the Turkish market through a modern, recognisable and scalable identity. The abstract rooster — built from a cedar, a flame and a rooster’s head — turns street-food heritage into a confident, premium brand.
A charcoal-to-fire palette of black, red and golden orange runs across signage, packaging, delivery boxes, uniforms and social — capturing the journey from charcoal and fire to the final grilled product.
Logo
The abstract rooster is composed from a cedar, a flame and a rooster’s head on a balanced geometric grid, holding its proportions from signage down to app icon.
